1. Qualifying Purchases

The CALVATHOR Money-Back Guarantee applies to:

• New individual subscription plans purchased directly through calvathor.live
• First-time upgrades to premium service tiers
• Annual and monthly recurring plans (first billing cycle only)

Purchases made via third-party marketplaces or resellers are not covered under this policy.

2. Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original transaction date.

After 30 days, charges are considered final and non-refundable. Renewal payments are not eligible unless the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date.

3. How to Submit a Claim

2. Include your full name, account email, and transaction ID
3. Provide a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund

Once received, our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

4. Requirements for Approval

• The request must fall within the eligible refund period
• The account must be in good standing (no policy violations)
• No evidence of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity
• Only one refund per customer account

CALVATHOR reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

• Custom enterprise agreements are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in contract
• Processing fees from payment providers may not be refundable
• Partial refunds are not issued for unused portions of a billing cycle
• Promotional or discounted plans may have separate refund terms
